I have now switched to MAC and I still see files that read : Firefox password manager ext. Please help me to delete this account ASAP. If there is a paid support option, that's OK with me.

Been trying to retrieve misplaced bookmark folders not bookmarks themselves in the Bookmarks Library with no success even going down several sub-levels; Would be nice if there were a search function, but will take a step-by-step solution. Thanks!

After easy semi-automatic updates for many years, the last two updates (143.0.3 and 143.0.4 on Windows 10 64bit) have stuck showing "Downloading update -- 0 bytes" for hours. The first time I eventually gave up and used the installer from the Firefox site to re-install. This seemed to get me to 143.0.3 without losing any important data in my profile but was certainly the hard way!

Now the same thing is happening during the update to 143.0.4. What's going on? Are other users having this problem? -- jclarkw

When using version 143 on linux and PIP is open and I go to another workspace the PIP does not show on any other workspace other than the workspace it is already on. This does nt occur with Chromium browsers as there PIP follows on any workspace.

What should happen is the PIP in firefo should always appear on the displayed screen I am working on.

I asked this question before and in response to a request upload the crash reports. But have heard nothing since. This is now happening daily. PLEASE, Mozilla, help me (and NBTW I make reg gifts in response to your appeals).

Today I logged in after the new update. (Oct 4th). Firefox was stuck in a loop for looking for updates. I went round and round, couldn't solve it, finally decided to reinstall. When I reinstalled it said I already had an installation and asked if I wanted to open the existing application and keep all my settings etc., or not. I tried opening the exiting application, but it kept looping back with the same question, not opening the existing application. I ultimately told it to start fresh, even though I knew I would lose all my configurations, addons, etc. I then spent quite a bit of time reconfiguring everything. I turned on synch and kept the synch key. I closed the application, reopened it, and it put me back to the original screen for installing afresh, asking if I want to open the existing application or start again and lose all my configurations and data. It wouldn't let me open the existing so I reinstalled and had to begin again. I don't know what to do.

Hi, I cannot get the red squiggle line for spell checking. I get a weak yellow highlight. I have tried all the about:support - changing to string, red etc, closing and restarting. It is not working. Please provide solutions. TX

When using YouTube system freezes between 5-30 mins, of start of any video. I have troubleshooted, i have checked every extension, i have run every diagnostics on hardware and software , checked and updated every driver but no results i tried checking online but didn't file any solution , the only thing i can do is to reset my system, it does not happen in any other situation. This is happening since the start of Oct'25, if anyone has any idea how to solve this kindly help.

Hello, I imported Bookmarks when I came to Firefox from a previous browser. The experience was terrible and challenges still linger. Firefox has come a long way, however UX still seems to be a 2nd class citizen. Bookmarks now has somewhat duplicate directories and this in turn is causing desktop/phone sync doubt and is likely missing bookmarks.

When sync breaks, it is so confusing. How can I simply have a working Bookmarks sync on desktop/phone?

Perhaps there was a challenge when I need Bookmarks to appear in the top bar when a new Tab is opened, as this was contrary to default Firefox settings.

when i click file, email link a pop up appears and says the file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. I have refreshed firefox this did not work and i have checked that the mailto is set as thunderbird.

Help! Why aren't favicons showing up in my bookmarks? The favicon is there in the first screenshot, but when I moved the bookmark to the folder in the second screenshot, the favicon was already gone!

ok so this problem has been bugging me since i switched to firefox, back in chrome, if i type nexus at the search bar, the first suggestion would be my most visited url at nexus which is nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition how to make it so firefox would do the same?
